Barley Cote Farm offers a kitchen with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and washing machine. The dining room includes a woodburning stove, while the sitting room features a second woodburning stove and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and two doubles, one with an en-suite walk-in shower, basin, and WC.

The bathroom includes a bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC, and there is also a cloakroom with a basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels, and a starter pack for the woodburning stoves are included in the rent. Travel cot, high chair and stairgate available upon request, (guest to supply own cot bedding).

Outside, there is an enclosed garden with a lawn, patio, and furniture, along with off-road parking for three cars. Two small well-behaved dogs welcome downstairs only (dog blankets supplied). Smoking is not permitted.
